Godspeed Executive Search Consultants eliminates one hundred percent of the financial risk for clients partnering with us through our performance retainers. What does this mean to our clients? Simply put, it means that one hundred percent of each and every dollar our clients invest is returned to them in the form of a successfully completed search one hundred percent of the time. This ensures that our clients receive a one hundred percent return on investment for every search conducted. No money is ever lost due to a change in search criteria or a cancelled search.
Benefits of a performance retainer include:
- Seventy five percent of the total fee, billed solely on base salary and sign-on bonus, is due only after a search has been successfully completed and the candidate is employed by our client. This ensures that our clients receive top priority and the highest sense of urgency throughout the search process.
- Provides our clients with fully retained search services on hard to find or confidential executive level searches with a minimal investment. Only twenty five percent of estimated final billing is deposited as the retainer.
- The twenty five percent retained fee may be credited to any other search or searches until used in full should our client cancel or postpone the existing search for any reason.
- Provides our clients with every resource available, including a specialized research staff assigned to the search.

Whatever your search need, Godspeed has it covered. While our performance retainer is easily the best and most frequently used option for single priority searches, Godspeed Executive Search Consultants offers three additional search options to fit any situation.
1. Search Source.
- Designed for companies that forecast using outside search services for numerous positions throughout the year.
- Provides our clients with a one time yearly fee, paid annually or quarterly, to conduct all outside searches at certain levels within their organization.
- Enables our clients to saves tens to hundreds of thousands of dollars on services when they know in advance that there is an increase in hiring on the horizon.
2. Standard Fee Search.
- Designed to provide a discount of services for multiple searches in a given functional area of a client company or division.
- Multiple search fees are more negotiable than single search fees and allow for even greater savings if you are rebuilding a division or starting up a new team.
3. Contingency Search.
- Contingency searches do not include a fee unless a candidate we have presented is hired for any position within a one year time frame.
- There is no cost in reviewing highly qualified candidates.
- While all contingency searches are treated as seriously and professionally as retained searches, understandably, they cannot be given the same priority as when a client has paid in advance for our services and resources.
