Godspeed Executive Search Consultants stands behind one of the most comprehensive guarantees in the search industry to date. The heart of our business lies in our performance retainers. Every performance retainer is covered by a full year candidate replacement guarantee. If, for any reason other than merger, acquisition, layoff or death, the employee we placed should leave your company within the first full year of his or her start date, we will recruit equally qualified replacements at no additional charge other than pre-cleared non-fee expenses, such as travel, hotel, etc.
Due to our philosophy of hand tailoring proposals to fit each client's specific need, our guarantees reflect the type of search(s) for which our clients engage us. While we treat each search as seriously and professionally as the next, all searches that have not been given client priority and designed under one of our performance retainer models will include a separate negotiated guarantee; this is typically a ninety day candidate replacement guarantee.
